Jim has worked with multiple banks in the management and disposition of their REO assets.  In the last two years alone, in excess of 60 REO transactions were successfully completed under his guidance and his select team of professionals.  His knowledge is enhanced by a highly successful career in the homebuilding industry, managing the marketing and sale of over 10,000 homes, including serving as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and a corporate officer for Standard Pacific Homes, a nationally recognized public homebuilder. 
 
His insightful knowledge is additionally recognized as he has been sought to provide Expert Witness testimony for industry related arbitration and litigation.
